Our menu at "Eatsy Thai Street Food" is inspired by the food and people of Isaan, a fertile region in northeastern Thailand, recognized as the birthplace of some of the country's most intriguing cuisines. The flavors of Isaan are unique - spicier and more intense compared to other regions.

Over the years, many people from Isaan have moved to Bangkok, becoming an integral part of the city's vibrant street food culture. Our goal is to present the best of Isaan's contributions to Bangkok's street food scene - dishes beloved by locals - crafted into the meals we present to you today.
